Ingredients
  

  • 18.3 ounce brownie mix with ingredients to make fudge like brownies
  • 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ΒΌ tsp peppermint extract
  • 8 ounce container frozen whipped cream thawed and divided
  • 10 ounce package Andes mint baking chips
  • green food coloring optional
  • 2 (3.9) ounce packages chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk

Instructions
 

  • Prepare brownies in a 9 x 13 baking dish according to package directions. Allow to cool completely.
  • In a mixing bowl beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, peppermint extract and green food coloring (if desired) until completely blended.
  • Add 1 1/2 cups Andes Mint baking chips and stir to combine.
  • Fold in 2 cups whipped topping.
  • Spread over Brownies.
  • In another mixing bowl, whisk milk and chocolate instant pudding mix until combined and thickened.
  • Pour over cream cheese layered spread evenly.
  • Top with the remaining whipped topping.
  • Sprinkle with remaining Andes Mint baking chips.
  • Refrigerator for at least 4 hours to overnight before slicing and serving.

Notes

For best results refrigerate over night.
