This Caramel Apple Salad recipe is from my sister in-law. She made this and brought it to a family dinner and everyone loves it. So I wanted to share it with you. The apples are crunchy the sauce is creamy and then you get a piece of the candy bar I want to make some just thinking about it. I hope you try it!
Ingredients
- 8 apples (any kind), cubed
- 1 (3.4oz) box of instant vanilla pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 8oz container cool whip (thawed)
- 4 (1.86oz) snickers candy bars, chopped
Instructions
- First take box of pudding and milk whisk together and set aside.
- Wash apples and dice in 1/2 inch cubes.
- Then chop snickers.
- When the pudding is set fold in cool whip.
- Add snickers and pudding mixture to apples, mix to combine.
- Serve right away or refrigerate till serving time. Enjoy
