Perfect for busy moms, this simple and delicious dish is guaranteed to be a hit with the whole family. So, grab your favorite tortilla chips and taco toppings, and let’s dive into this mouthwatering taco chili recipe.

Here is what you need for Taco Chili:

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 (15oz) can of corn
  • 1 (15oz) can of black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15oz) can of pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 (15oz) can of pork and beans
  • 1 (28oz) can of tomato sauce
  • 1 (8oz) can of tomato sauce
  • Tortilla chips (we recommend Cool Ranch Doritos)
  • Grated cheese
  • Additional taco toppings of your choice (shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sliced olives, green onions, avocado, and sour cream)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef and onions over medium heat. Once cooked, drain any excess grease.
  2. Add the taco seasoning, corn, black beans, pinto beans, tomato soup, pork and beans, and both cans of tomato sauce to the pot with the cooked beef and onions.
  3. Stir the mixture well to combine all the ingredients. Reduce the heat to low and let the chili simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until heated through. This allows the flavors to meld together beautifully.
  4. While the chili is simmering, prepare your favorite taco toppings. Shred lettuce, dice tomatoes, slice olives, chopped green onions, slice avocado, and gather sour cream for a complete taco experience.
  5. Once the chili is ready, serve it in bowls and garnish with a handful of tortilla chips on top. The chips will add a delightful crunch to each bite.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese over the chili, allowing it to melt slightly from the heat of the dish.
  7. Finish off your bowl of taco chili by adding your desired taco toppings. Whether you prefer a refreshing crunch from lettuce or a creamy dollop of sour cream, the choice is yours. Feel free to get creative and add your personal touch!
  8. Serve the warm and inviting taco chili immediately and enjoy every flavorful spoonful.

This warm and inviting taco chili recipe is a taco lover’s dream come true. With its rich combination of ground beef, beans, corn, and tomato-based goodness, it delivers all the flavors you crave in a comforting bowl of chili.
