- 1 quart Vanilla Ice Cream
- 3 to 4 cups Cornflakes make sure to get unfrosted corn flakes. I highly recommend sticking with corn flakes as they give you the best crunchy exterior.
- 3 tbsp White Sugar
- 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon this adds a delicious toasty flavor to the dessert.
- 2 quarts Oil I highly recommend using a neutral oil to fry the ice cream in as you don't want the ice cream to take on the flavor of the oil. I use Canola or Peanut oil.
- Any ice cream toppings you like we like Chocolate and Caramel toppings, whipped cream and maraschino cherries.
