Creamy Grape Salad is a simple yet elegant dish that's perfect for any occasion. The creamy dressing perfectly complements the sweet, juice grapes, while the chopped pecans add a nice crunch to the dish. This salad is also incredibly easy to make and can be prepared in advance, making it a great option for those busy days when you don't have much time to cook.

- 2 pounds red grapes washed and stemmed
- 2 pounds green grapes washed and stemmed
- 1 8oz pkg cream cheese room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- sugar in the raw
Using a calendar wash and stem red and green grapes, set aside to dry.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until it is smooth and creamy. Add in the sour cream, granulated sugar and vanilla extract and continue to beat until everything is well combined.
Add in the washed and stemmed grapes and chopped pecans to the mixing bowl, and stir everything together until the grapes are evenly coated with the creamy mixture.
Chill the grape salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Once chilled, give the salad a quick stir to redistribute the dressing and nuts then sprinkle top with sugar in the raw. Serve and enjoy.
