Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup lemon lime soda
  • ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 pounds turkey breast steaks can use chicken
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp horseradish sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the lemon lime soda, soy sauce, oil, garlic powder, and horseradish sauce
  • Place the turkey breast steaks in a heavy-duty Ziploc bag and pour the marinade over them.
  • Seal the bag tightly and place it in the fridge to marinate overnight.
  • The next day, heat up your BBQ grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove the turkey steaks from the Ziploc bag and discard the marinade.
  • Place the turkey steaks on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • As the turkey steaks cook, brush them with a fresh coat of the marinade to keep them moist and tender.
  • Once the turkey steaks are fully cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
