Korean Beef and Rice

Korean Beef and rice, also known as “Bulgogi,” is a classic Korean dish that has become increasingly popular worldwide. Bulgogi is a savory and flavorful dish made with thinly sliced Beef, marinated in soy sauce, sugar, garlic, sesame oil, and other spices, then grilled or stir-fried and served over rice. It is a staple in Korean cuisine and is enjoyed by many as a quick and easy weeknight meal.

The secret to making great Korean Beef and rice is in the marinade. The marinade gives the Beef its signature flavor, and it’s essential to let it marinate for at least a few hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat entirely.
