Making magic cookie bars is incredibly easy, and you can have a batch ready to eat in no time.

These magic cookie bars are perfect for any occasion, whether you’re looking for a sweet treat to enjoy after dinner or need to bring a dessert to a potluck or party. They’re also great for making ahead of time, as they can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for several days.

Overall, magic cookie bars are a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that everyone is sure to love. So why not give them a try and see for yourself just how magical they can be?

Here is what you need to make Magic Cookie Bars:

Tools

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (11oz) package of chocolate chips
  • 1 1/3 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

Instruction

Preheat oven to 350 degrees or 325 degrees if your using a glass baking dish.

In a small microwave safe bowl melt butter. I like to use a paper towel over the bowl so butter doesn’t pop all over the microwave.

When melted pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish.

Then add crushed graham crackers to baking dish. Mix with butter until well combined.  Press crumbs into the bottom of the baking dish firmly in an even layer to form the graham cracker crust.

Then pour sweetened condensed milk on top of the graham cracker crust and spread out evenly.

Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of sweetened condensed milk in an even layer. Sprinkle coconut flakes on top and finish with a layer of nuts .

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until coconut starts to turn golden brown.

Cool completely before cutting into the bars and cut in to small squares.

They can be storied at room temperature in a resealable container for up to 3 days, keep in the fridge for up to 5 days or frozen for up to two months.

You are going to love them!

Note

Add your own twist: Feel free to customize your magic cookie bars by adding your favorite ingredients, such as any kind of chopped nuts, dried fruit, or chocolate chips.
