Deviled Eggs

Here is what you need for Deviled Eggs:

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Miracle whip
  • 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • salt and pepper

 

Instructions

In a large pot add eggs and 1 tablespoon of salt. Cover with cold water 2 inches above the eggs. Bring to a roaring boil then turn off heat and let sit in hot water for 12 minutes. Take eggs out of hot water and immediately put them in an ice bath (water and ice) for 10 minutes.

  • Next peel eggs and using a paring knife cut them in half lengthwise. Separate yolk from whites and put in a separate bowl. Take a fork and break up yolks.

  • Then add mayonnaise, miracle whip, mustard, and pickle juice. Mix to combine. Then add salt and pepper to taste.

  • In a ziploc bag add egg yolk mixture. Seal the bag, cut the tip off one corner of the bag, and pipe it into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika.

Serve right away or cover and put in fridge till serving time.
